Our History

Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Dallas, TX, Worksoft is privately held by Austin Ventures and Crescendo Ventures. Worksoft's management team is comprised of former executives from Oracle, SAP, HP/Mercury Interactive, Baan, Peoplesoft, and IBM. Worksoft has offices in Canada, San Francisco, Washington DC and Denver, Colorado.

Worksoft was first to market with its Worksoft Certify® solution, a tested and proven application that validates cross-platform business processes using an object oriented approach. This innovative functional testing platform eliminates scripting and custom coding, a requirement of most legacy test automation products, making it simple for business users to operate. Worksoft Certify supports applications that span these platforms and interfaces: SAP, web-browser, web services, Java, Microsoft .NET, mainframe, Visual Basic and more.
