Jim Kent Chief Executive Officer For more than twenty years, Jim Kent has led and grown software and service companies in both the U.S. and internationally. His extensive senior management and board-level experience includes product and geographic expansion, M&A, and innovative sales and go-to-market plans. Jim most recently served as a Board Director for Exact Holding N.V. and CEO of Exact Software America where he increased operation margins, launched a professional services business, and led a five year strategic product consolidation and business restructuring project - successfully integrating seven acquisitions and gaining significant operational efficiencies.
Prior to Exact Software, Jim founded The Kent Group in 1996, focused on software solutions and business consulting services for large and mid-sized enterprises. As President and CEO, Jim was recognized with multiple industry awards for growth and leadership within the ERP mid-market space. The Kent Group was acquired by Exact Holdings, N.V. in 2001.
Mr. Kent earned his MBA from the Southern New Hampshire University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
Scott Chamberlain Chief Financial OfficerScott Chamberlain brings over 15 years of Chief Financial Officer and senior financial leadership experience in high-growth technology businesses to his role at Worksoft. Scott is responsible for directing Worksoft’s financial strategy, global accounting, business planning, financial management, legal administration, and human resources and facilities.
Prior to joining Worksoft, Scott was the CFO of Broadpoint where he was instrumental in orchestrating a sale to MTPCS, LLC. Prior to Broadpoint, Scott was CFO of SolArc, a Houston-based global provider of enterprise commodity management software, where he guided the company through a five-year period of dramatic growth in revenue and profit. Prior to SolArc, Scott was CFO at Dallas-based Fuego, a business process management (BPM) software company acquired by BEA Systems. Prior to Fuego, Scott spent more than a decade in a variety of senior financial leadership and corporate development positions at LexisNexis, a $2 Billion web-based information services provider.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from James Madison University and a Masters of Business Administration from Ohio State University.
Shoeb Javed Chief Technology OfficerShoeb is an experienced executive with over 17 years of experience leading the development of cutting edge network infrastructure, enterprise software and service management solutions.
Prior to Worksoft, Shoeb was CTO of Variview Technology where he was responsible for product development, operations and business development. Shoeb successfully restructured the company's webcasting, enterprise content management and digital media solutions to increase the customer base (including Fortune 500 companies) as well as revenues per customer. Shoeb has also held leadership roles in companies like Ericsson, M68 technologies, Vesta Broadband Services and Intelect Network Technologies.
He has a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nagpur, India.
Bill Norberg Executive Vice President, Global SalesBill Norberg is responsible for managing all aspects of Worksoft’s global sales operations. Bill is a key member of the executive team, bringing more than 30 years of demonstrated success to the company in the critical execution areas of direct sales, channels and partner programs.
Prior to Worksoft, Bill was senior vice president, worldwide sales and field operations at Courion, where he ran field sales, channel sales and international operations. In previous roles, he was the vice president of worldwide sales for Ibrix, Inc. where he instituted partner and channel programs that tripled company revenues. He has also served as vice president of worldwide sales at NSI Software, vice president of sales at StorageNetworks, and held senior sales positions at Parametric Technology Corporation and Prime Computer.
Bill holds a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College.
Jim Siegel Vice President, Worldwide ServicesJim Siegel has nearly 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, as well as extensive knowledge in building and managing large scale enterprise service teams for customers across a wide range of environments and industries.
Prior to joining Worksoft, Jim served as Vice President of CRM Consulting with SAP America, Inc., and he has held senior positions in product development, consulting, operations, sales, customer service and recruitment at Siebel Systems, Inc., Coregis Group, Inc., and Anderson Consulting.
Jim holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University, and Master's degrees in both Business Administration and Engineering Management from Northwestern University.
David Pickrell Vice President, Business DevelopmentDavid Pickrell brings over 30 years of experience in the high tech, computer and software industries. Since joining Worksoft in 2006, Dave has led the development of partner and strategic alliances, including our relationship with SAP.
Dave has held leadership positions in sales, partner sales, and business development at Oracle, Business Objects, Tivoli, Amdahl, Sun MicroSystems and Digital Equipment Corporation.
A native of Oklahoma, Dave has a B.S. in Economics from Oklahoma State University.
Wayne Snell Vice President, MarketingWayne Snell brings more than 20 years of corporate, partner/channel and software product management, marketing and development experience to Worksoft. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s global marketing activities, including strategic planning and tactical execution, communications, branding, public and analyst relations, advertising, event coordination, and market research.
Prior to joining Worksoft, Wayne served as the senior director of marketing at Lombardi Software, a leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM) software acquired by IBM. He has also held senior-level marketing, management and technical positions in start-up companies such as AuthenWare and Fuego (acquired by BEA Systems, now part of Oracle Corporation), professional services provider Symphion, mainframe software provider Viasoft (acquired by Allen Systems Group), and CA Technologies (Computer Associates).
Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in MIS and Marketing from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a Master of Business Administration from C.W. Post University of New York.
