Bruce JohnsonBruce Johnson President and Chief Executive Officer Prior to joining Worksoft, Bruce served as president and CEO of Certus Software, a leading provider of financial compliance and governance software. During his career, Bruce was a group vice president at PeopleSoft Inc. and Oracle Inc., and spent seven years as president and chief officer of ClearCross, a global commerce solutions company headquartered in Reston, VA. After beginning his career at IBM, Bruce has also held the position of general manager and president of the Americas for Baan, a vendor of popular enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.


Greg DavollGregory Davoll Vice President, Marketing Greg Davoll brings over 19 years of enterprise software experience in marketing, product management, product development and corporate development leadership roles from IBM, NetIQ, Sybase and BMC Software. As Vice President of Marketing for Worksoft, Greg oversees internet marketing, telemarketing, lead generation, corporate branding and positioning, and product marketing.

Prior to joining Worksoft, Greg was the Vice President of Marketing for Newmerix, a multi-ERP application lifecycle management vendor. Before Newmerix, Greg ran worldwide marketing for Embarcadero Technologies where he played a pivotal role in repositioning the company back to its roots as a professional grade database tools vendor which led to a successful go-private transaction in 2007. Greg has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences, user groups, and database forums around the world. Greg holds two U.S. patents for his work on database compression at IBM's Santa Teresa Lab. Greg received his bachelor of science degree in Mathematics from Colorado School of Mines.


Dan GannonDan Gannon Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Marketing Dan brings more than 25 years of executive, sales and marketing management experience across a diverse set of technology companies to his new role at Worksoft. Dan is responsible for crafting and executing Worksoft's high growth go-to-market strategy, which includes accelerating the expansion of Worksoft Certify automated testing solutions into Worksoft's full suite of application lifecycle management (ALM) solutions for SAP.

Prior to Worksoft, Dan served as President and CEO of Newmerix Corp, a multi-ISV Application Lifecycle Management application provider, and he also served as the Senior Vice President of sales for Vericept Corporation and Intelliden, with responsibilities spanning global sales, business development, professional services and customer support.


Christina Hanger Chief Operating Officer Christina has long been recognized for her results-oriented management and leadership skills. For more than 24 years, Christina has held leadership positions in the high technology industry. Prior to joining Worksoft, Hanger was senior vice president of Operations, Americas, for Hewlett-Packard. She has also held roles in operations, supply chain management, logistics, e-commerce and customer satisfaction for Compaq and IBM. Hanger holds a bachelor's of science degree in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Virginia Tech, and master's degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.


Shoeb JavedShoeb Javed Vice President, Engineering Shoeb is an experienced executive with over 17 years of experience leading the development of cutting edge network infrastructure, enterprise software and service management solutions.

Prior to Worksoft, Shoeb was CTO of Variview Technology where he was responsible for product development, operations and business development. Shoeb successfully restructured the company's webcasting, enterprise content management and digital media solutions to increase the customer base (including fortune 500 companies) as well as revenues per customer. Shoeb has also held leadership roles in companies like Ericsson, M68 technologies, Vesta Broadband Services and Intelect Network Technologies.

He has a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii and a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nagpur, India.


Dave MiletteDavid Milette President, Worksoft Canada David Milette brings more than 12 years of experience and knowledge in the application software quality (ASQ) market to his role as President of Worksoft Canada. As President, he is responsible for developing and expanding Worksoft's Canadian operations, particularly into the SAP market, as well as ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Worksoft, Milette served as Canadian Presales Manager for Hewlett Packard. He has also held senior ASQ positions at Bell Canada, CGI, Compuware Corporation and Mercury Interactive.


David Pickrell Vice President, Business Development Dave Pickrell brings over 30 years experience in the high tech, computer and software industries. Since joining Worksoft in 2006, Dave has led the development of partner and strategic alliances, including our relationship with SAP. Dave has held leadership positions in sales, partner sales, and business development at Oracle, Business Objects, Tivoli, Amdahl, Sun MicroSystems and Digital Equipment Corporation. A native of Oklahoma, Dave has a BS in Economics from Oklahoma State University.


Jim Siegel Vice President, Worldwide Services Jim Siegel brings nearly 20 years experience in the information technology industry, as well as extensive experience building and managing large client service teams who have successfully implemented large scale enterprise systems across a broad range of environments industries. Prior to joining Worksoft, Siegel served as Vice President of CRM Consulting with SAP America, Inc., and has held senior positions in product development, consulting, operations, sales, customer service and recruitment at Siebel Systems, Inc., Coregis Group, Inc., and Anderson Consulting. Siegel holds a bachelor's of science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University, and master's degrees in Business Administration and Engineering Management from Northwestern University.
