Worksoft® Announces Record Revenues for Fiscal Year 2009

DALLAS, TX – Jan. 28, 2010 – Worksoft, an innovative provider of test and lifecycle automation solutions for use with SAP® applications, today announced record revenues for fiscal year 2009 and its fiscal fourth quarter, ending Dec. 31, 2009. Worksoft delivered its best year on record with an increase of 43 percent in year-over-year revenue. Additionally, fiscal fourth quarter set a company record for both revenue and new customer acquisition. Worksoft’s fiscal 2009 performance illustrates the company’s strong momentum in the lifecycle management market and the value of IT automation during this challenging economic environment.

In Q4 2009, a significant number of new Global 500 customers invested in Worksoft’s flagship products, Worksoft Certify® and the Worksoft Certify Live™ solutions, to save time and money managing the life cycles of their SAP solutions. The Worksoft solution for use with SAP applications is a cross-platform suite that analyzes the impact of changes to SAP applications, accelerates their deployment into production and ensures that critical business processes are fully tested to improve application availability and cost savings.
