NS IT Department to Improve Website Reliability and Enhance Customer Experience with Automated Business Process Validation
DALLAS and UTRECHT, Netherlands (June 12, 2014) – Worksoft®, a leading global provider of business process validation software for packaged enterprise applications, today announced that the IT Business Systems division of the Dutch Railway Company NS has selected the Worksoft Certify® Suite as a new software platform to automate the validation of business processes across SAP® and specific non-SAP enterprise applications.
A provider of reliable passenger transport, comfortable trains and buses, stations and a range of services, the NS IT unit chose Worksoft to enable migration from manual testing to automated business process validation. NS IT Business Systems is responsible for customer-facing IT systems for rail transport operations in the Netherlands and the associated sales and service activities.

Worksoft Certify will be used to optimize SAP testing at NS IT Business Systems, with a focus on SAP modules for CRM, finance and business intelligence. Specifically, NS will use Worksoft Certify to improve reliability and boost efficiencies for railway ticket purchasing systems. Worksoft automation will also ensure business processes continue to work across certain non-SAP applications that support the NS website, improving reliability and enhancing the customer experience.
Additionally, Worksoft’s Certify Business Process Procedure™ (BPP) will be utilized to more accurately document testing processes across NS IT Business Systems. BPP is a web-based reporting product that automatically generates comprehensive reports for quality assurance, training and compliance.
