Next-Generation Test Automation Leader Expands Customer Base, Global Reach and Offering

DALLAS, Tx. (February 29, 2012) - Worksoft®, a leading provider of next-generation test automation for SAP® and the "ecosystem" of software that surrounds it, today shared highlights of its growth and momentum achieved in 2011. During the past year, the company expanded its global footprint through direct growth of its customer base, and by significantly increasing its distribution channels with the addition of several strategic partnerships. Worksoft also released innovative updates to its flagship Worksoft Certify® suite of software during the year as well.

Growth in Market Share
During 2011, the company continued to attract dozens of new enterprise-class customers to its rapidly expanding base, fueled by its award-winning test automation product and solution offerings. Customer traction was strong across a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, energy, telecommunications, healthcare, retail, travel services, and consumer packaged goods (CPG). Representative customer wins during 2011 include Colgate-Palmolive, General Motors, Air Products, EMC Corporation, the United States Navy, Analog Devices, Bentley Systems, Krayton Polymers and Burton Snowboards.

Moreover, numerous existing customers continued to expand their deployments of the company's software, leading to both add-on license and services transactions for the company throughout the year.

Product Innovation
Worksoft introduced significant product enhancements and capabilities to the test automation marketplace with its first-to-market integration to SAP® Solution Manager 7.1 application management solution, and the release of its version 8.6 of the Worksoft Certify Suite for use with SAP® applications. Worksoft's Certify Suite is an integrated functional testing, performance testing and change management solution that automates the complete testing lifecycle from change impact analysis through audit documentation, accelerating customer time to value and significantly reducing operational costs.

Partner Ecosystem
The company continued to expand its global sales and support ecosystem, including entering into a remarketing agreement with IBM to resell Worksoft Certify, Certify ImpactTM and Certify DataTM as part of the IBM Rational® Quality Management (QM) suite for testing of environments running SAP® solutions.

SAP Community
Worksoft participated in over three-dozen industry events during the 2011, including the North American and European SAPPHIRE® NOW and SAP TechEd 2011 annual conferences, the IBM Innovate 2011 Conference, and numerous America's SAP User Group (ASUG) regional chapter meetings.

Industry Recognition
In January 2011, Gartner, Inc. positioned Worksoft in the "Visionary" quadrant of its 2011 Magic Quadrant for Integrated Software Quality Suites report.* Gartner positions vendors in the magic quadrant based on their completeness of vision and ability to execute. In October, Worksoft also achieved the distinction of "Best Commercial Functional Automated Testing Tool for SAP®" in Automated Software Testing Magazine's 3rd annual ATI Automation Honors.
