Travel & Accommodations

We are pleased to host you at the The W Amsterdam for two nights as part of this event. Your accommodations will be covered by Worksoft and charged directly to our main account.

Travel & Expenses

  • Worksoft will cover standard travel costs in accordance with our regional T&E policies and any existing agreements.
  • This includes economy flights booked at least 21 days in advance (up to $600 USD), ground transportation, and reasonable expenses such as non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, gratuities, and parking for local attendees.

✔ Welcome Reception & CEO Intro: 6:00 – 8:00 PM
