Travel & Accommodations

We are pleased to host you at the Royal Sonesta Hotel, New Orleans for two nights as part of this event. Your accommodations will be covered by Worksoft and charged directly to our main account.

Travel & Expenses

  • Worksoft will cover standard travel costs in accordance with our regional T&E policies and any existing agreements.
  • This includes economy flights booked at least 21 days in advance (up to $600 USD), ground transportation, and reasonable expenses such as non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, gratuities, and parking for local attendees.

✔ Welcome Reception & CEO Intro: 6:00 – 8:00 PM
