ADDISON, TX — August 18, 2026 — Worksoft today announced the general availability of Worksoft Automation Insights, a new premium capability for the Worksoft Connective Automation Platform that gives enterprises continuous visibility into the health and performance of their automation programs.

As enterprise automation expands across SAP and other business-critical applications, managing the automation itself becomes increasingly complex. Automation Insights continuously analyzes the Worksoft automation environment to identify emerging risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement before they affect business-critical testing and releases.

With more than 40 metrics across six categories, Automation Insights provides visibility into program health, performance and efficiency, automation stability, best practices and maintainability, project visibility, and operational analytics. Metrics are refreshed daily, with 30-day trends and drill-down reporting that help teams identify where problems are developing and where to focus improvement efforts.
