New Capability for Worksoft Customers Choosing Cloud-based ALM Solutions for Defect and Bug Tracking

The integration with JIRA allows users to capture and track the results of Worksoft Certify’s automated business process tests and easily submit incident tickets directly into JIRA, utilizing a customer’s existing workflows and defect management processes. Worksoft Certify’s integration within JIRA workflows offers users an efficient and effective means to view data, report issues and seek resolution.
