ServiceNow’s IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions provide end-to-end visibility into IT processes and infrastructure through a single system of record. This enables users to increase efficiency, lower costs, and consolidate service management processes, including incident management, change management, reporting, and notifications.
The integration with ServiceNow’s ITSM solutions allows users to capture and track the results of Worksoft Certify’s automated business process validation tests and easily submit incident tickets directly into ServiceNow software utilizing a customer’s existing workflows and defect management processes. Worksoft Certify’s integration within ServiceNow workflows offers users an efficient and effective means to view test result data, report issues and seek resolution.
